  Registering of players  

All Players must have their own individual players passport to enable you to register players for the forthcoming season 2008-2009 you will require all of the following:

Important Medical details which under Central Warwickshire Rules it is Compulsory they have to be completed !!!

To register players you must complete the following:

Complete players passport

A White players registration form

Provide 2 Passport sized photos glued in required position.

One original form of identification out ot the following

Original passport, Original Birth Certificate or Medical Card

Players Passports must be taken to all league games for opposistion manager to inspect this is a Central Warwickshire Rule
