  Registering of Players  

If you require anymore players signing please call me and i will arrange a conveiniant time for you to call around and i will do the paperwork while you wait, this will save both of us time.

All Players must have their own individual players passport

All Managers please note that in the back of the passports their is

Important Medical details which under Central Warwickshire Rules it is Compulsory they have to be completed !!!

To register players you must complete the following:

Complete players passport

A White players registration form

Provide 2 Passport sized photos glued in required position.

One original form of identification out ot the following

Original passport, Original Birth Certificate or Medical Card

Players Passports must be taken to all league games for opposistion manager to inspect this is a Central Warwickshire Rule
