MATCH DAY INFORMATION !!

Please will you phone, email or text me the result before 6.00pm on match days this is the home teams responsibillity. I am generally out Refereeing on Sundays so rarely answer my phone but if you need to speak to me about a problem at your game then send me a text asking me to contact you and i will do as soon as i check my messages

I must have the completed the Match report forms by the Wednesday following your Sunday fixture make sure that both forms are stapled together. It is the home teams responsibillity to send both teams match report forms to me. If the forms do not arrive with me by the above day then the relevant fine will apply.

Change of kick off time or venue should be reported to myself 8 days prior to the fixture taking place.

Confirmation of fixture to opponents should be made no later than 4 days prior to the fixture taking place. (Wednesday)

EVERY YEAR 90% OF FINES ISSUED BY C.W.Y.F.L. ARE RELATED TO INCORRECT OR MISSING DETAILS ON THE MATCH REPORT FORMS OR FAILING TO REPORT MATCH RESULTS ON TIME.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT MATCH REPORT FORMS ARE THE ONLY OFFICIAL RECORD OF FIXTURES AND MUST THEREFORE MUST CONTAIN ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED.

SO PLEASE BE THOROUGH & VIGILANT - FINES ARE AN EXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVE
